Why can’t I login? 

  • If you receive the following message, “Sorry. Access to this resource is not yet available for your region.”, please note that access is currently restricted to US-based integrated and select non-integrated employees. 
  • If you receive the following message, “Unrecognized NIE Email”, please ensure the following: 
    • If you are an integrated employee with MSID credentials, you should login with SSO. 
    • Non-integrated employees should enter their work email address, NOT a personal email address.
    • If you are a non-integrated employee and have entered your work email address, then you do not currently have access to this resource.
